I wonder how well they work with mole?
Let me know if you ever give one of these things a go. I’m curious about the taste of Oppossum, but not enough to break down and actually eat one.

If you take creamed possum and fry it up, they store for longer periods of time.
And who hasn’t sat down of an evening and found themselves wishing that they had some possum cakes to snack on?
