In a battle of stick figures, who wins? In this flash game, it all depends on what you name the figures. Uses the number of hits a keyword or set of keywords get when googled. I found it funny to watch Bela Lugosi beat the stick-figure-snot out of Lon Chaney.

Have found a site called Funny Or Die that was founded by Garry Sanchez Productions, a firm for which Will Ferrell is a co-owner with Adam McKay. The premiere video on the site is “The Landlord”.

So that everyone is forewarned, the video does contain strong language.

The stated goal of 911Callers.com is to:

educate the public about 911 emergency phone calls by posting real calls online, so people know what to expect if they ever need to 911. We also showcase dozens of stupid and wacky 911 calls as examples of how people abuse the 911 system. It is estimated that 35% of all 911 calls are illegitimate (pranks, hangups, non-emergencies).

I ended up spending over an hour on the site, playing call after call, getting more and more annoyed by the idiocy and self-absorbed nature of the callers. I think we may need to begin issuing Soul Tasers to the police force and encouraging them to respond to these calls.

Below is by far and away my favorite of the offerings of this site. I ended up playing it a couple of times over, just stunned at this example of the demands that are made of the police.
