Website?

I still have a website, right? I know it’s been a little while, and I just thought I’d check.

Well, I’d tell you about my week, but that would mean this is one of those types of blogs, and we can’t have any of that.

I’ve done my best not to tell you about my days here, because, really, they aren’t that interesting. I never have figured out just why people feel the need to share their little slice of mediocrity with the world.

On a larger note, have you been hearing about the monks in Myanmar? I still have no idea what the protests are about, but it seems a little strange to raid a Buddhist monastery and that starts the head scratching. I find it hard to think of all of the nefarious plans a monk could have, and why you would need to search and detain one of them. But then I think of things like the Shaolin temple, home of kung-fu and other revolutionary tactics.

Not to mention all those little bastards in their safron robes sneaking around the world in hidden tunnels controlling the world.

No, wait, those are Tibetan monks, not Burmese. Aren’t Burmese a type of python? Or maybe a cat.

No matter, you shouldn’t trust anyone that whacks their disciples with a stick and calls their belief system “peaceful”.

If you can make heads or tails out of what’s going on there, drop me a line and we’ll see if we can’t get this mess cleared up. I tell you, people and democracy really don’t mix.

Tune in tomorrow later today for more ‘incite’ into the free world, and tomorrow for the land of mortgage officers. *shudder*

I would rather entertain and hope that people learned something than educate people and hope they were entertained.
