  I really like smoked brisket
with fries and curry ketchup
&lt;b&gt;capnmitch:&lt;/b&gt; except for the tenderloin of course... flash fry that... and smoking would make them tougher but it breaks down all the connective tissue really well, so as long as you cut against the grain, and smoked a fattier area, yeah that would work
